We strive to buy as much of the food supplies locally as possible and keep the spending within our Sunshine Coast community.
Our team of chefs are highly trained and have years of experience working in other resorts and restaurants before joining our team.
Robert Kirsch, our chef has owned and operated many restaurants through the years. The Canvas Company, in the 70’s, Sweegly’s, Nibbels, Nibbels with a Twist and The Edge in the 80’s, along with movie set design.
In 1994 he built and was chef at the famous Molly’s Reach in Lower Gibsons.
Nicole Josh was a chef in Edmonton, until moving to the beautiful Sunshine Coast, in 1997 to open Pack Ratt Louie’s Grill, which was closed Jan, 2009 in order to start a new venture Benjamin’s Café.
The food served here is an international blend, delicacies and flavours with dishes from around the world.
For those that are adventurous or those looking for comfort foods, those are available as well.
There are always multiple choices of starters, main courses and house made desserts.
